CyberMatrix Pro Schedule Standard is an easy to use multi-user client/server appointment scheduling system. Appointment schedules can be accessed throughout your network. Pro Schedule is ideal for doctors, dentists, nurses, lawyers, veterinarians, driving instructors or any other professionals who are often scheduling appointments. Pro Schedule can be used in clinics, hospitals, beauty salons, office buildings, driving schools or anywhere else requiring personnel appointment scheduling. Pro Schedule uses a powerful scheduling engine with sophisticated recurring events having daily, weekly and monthly options. There are also search functions to allow you to locate obscure appointments quickly. See appointments of a single person in daily, weekly or monthly views. You can also view the appointments of all people in a single day. Version 6 has many new improvements. Appointments can be cut and pasted from person to person or day to day. The new email scripting feature enables you to specify which information is sent in emails. Appointments can now be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook. Pro Schedule Web administrators can now change configuration options and manage data right from the browser. In addition, there is now an Enterprise edition of the Pro Schedule software that can connect to virtually any database server.
