AFU Form Submit 40531-0940 details

Many times you may want to collect a lot of information from a user that isn't covered in Auto FollowUp, like phone number, address, city, credit card information, etc. There are five customised fields in AFU, but perhaps some of this information doesn't belong in a customized field. That's when this script comes in. Create any form you want, with as many fields as you would like. The contents will be emailed to you and the information you want to keep in your autoresponder will be inserted automatically. How does it work? It's simple, really. Just include some hidden fields in your form: the name of the list to add to, and the name of the fields to insert into AFU. The script does the rest.
